The aim was to visualize the different anatomical layers one overlaying the other from a specific surgical angle.

Biography

Based in Geneva, Switzerland, CSIXstudios was founded by Caitlin Monney in 2016. Prior to the creation of CSIX, Caitlin has been involved with many projects across Europe and Canada, and is the official medical artist for the Journal of Hepatology and the European Association for the Study of the Liver. Caitlin is a registered medical illustration professional (RMIP), having completed her MSc in Medical Art at the University of Dundee, where she specialized in bone 3D printing and interactive 3D platform design.
