Profile

Roy Illustration is owned and operated by Laura Roy, a Board-Certified Medical Illustrator. Laura oversees development and project management of medical animation, 3D printing, and information design in addition to offering illustration services. Laura received her MA in Medical & Biological Illustration from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where she completed her thesis work with Chief of Cardiac Surgery Dr. Duke Cameron. Laura is currently based in central Iowa with her husband and business partner Jeremy Roy.  Their clients range from individual researchers to advertising firms and corporations such as A2L Consulting, Boston Scientific, The Neurosurgical Atlas, and The National Aquarium. Roy Illustration's ideal clients include companies like Astro-Zeneca, Gilead Sciences, Pfizer, Baxter, Stryker, & Novartis.
