Profile
Quade earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts with minors in art history and anatomy from Colorado State University. He then earned a master of arts in medical and biological illustration from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Over the past twenty years, he has run Echo Medical Media, a full-service illustration, animation, and design company for the medical and scientific community. He has produced many award-winning illustrations and animations, including Science/AAAS’s 2011 Science & Engineering Visualization Challenge winner called "Tumor Death-Cell Receptors on Breast Cancer Cell.”
