ADCC (Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity) is an opportune way to attack tumor cells. Seen here in a portion of the full illustration is an activated NK (natural killer) cell attacking a tumor cell by adhering to the Fc domain of a monoclonal antibody (mAb). This allows the NK cell to release perforin which leads to the tumor cell's deamise. Created in Illustrator with finishing touches in Photoshop.
