In the end we decided to keep the box itself as simple as possible and use the rest of the image to illustrate the CRISPR machinery itself in the form of gRNAs and CRISPR complexes. Hereby, highlighting the extensive nature of the kits. This artwork was created for Canopy Biosciences to promote their new CRISPR complete kits.
Next medical illustration of TUNR is a technology that enables scientists to modulate gene expression by making the gene too slippery for RNA polymerase to correctly adhere. This technical figure was developed for Canopy Biosciences for their TUNR flexible gene editing technology which worked alongside CRISPR-Cas9 system. This brightly coloured figure was designed to demonstrate how TUNR can precisely tune and control the gene expression process, eliminating artifacts.
