Joe Wilson is an Illustrator based in the UK specialising in highly detailed, hand-drawn illustrations and print. Working with a combination of pencil, ink and digital colour, Joe's work takes form as a hybrid of the traditional and contemporary. Using skills learned in the print room of Leeds metropolitan university, Joe wilson’s work has developed into a style reminiscent of woodcut printing, etching and screen printing. In recent years Joe's work has been commissioned by global clients such as, Johnnie Walker, Adidas, Ted Baker, Tommy Hilfiger, Virgin Mobile, Coors, Film4, The Savoy Hotel, Absolut Vodka, Bombay Sapphire, Citibank, Kiehl’s, Mr Porter, Boeing, Crabtree & Evelyn, BMW, EMI, Vanity Fair, GQ, The Washington Post, Nature Magazine and FHM Magazine.
