It depicts the binding of SIRPalphaFc, an immunotherapeutic fusion protein, to the Fcgamma receptor on a macrophage and CD47 receptors on a tumor cell. SIRPalphaFc shuts off CD47's 'Do Not Eat' signal allowing macrophages to identify and phagocytize tumor cells.
