2022 AMI Award winner. Innovative medical animation created to educate HCPs on the role of CARD11-BCL10-MALT1, or CBM, in cancer & introduce the MOA of CBM inhibitor, XL114. An animated schematic explains how CBM bridges B-cell and T-cell receptor signaling to the NF-κB pathway. Molecules were modeled using protein structure data & mapped according to subcellular localization data.
